This has been my constant dilemma since I always prefer Cebu Pacific due to its affordable seats. For one thing, flights are almost 99% delayed recently, except for 1st flights. Sometimes, even first flights are delayed. Second, there is not enough coordination between ground personnel and the airline company regarding flight delays. Ground personnel of Cebu Pacific sometimes fail to constantly notify people who fetch their relatives in the old Manila Domestic Airport regarding flight delays and changes from time to time. Third, do not expect decent food onboard. You will get fed up with JG Summit Holding's Jack n' Jill treats. For everything else on board, there is a menu which you order it at an expensive cost, of course. Fourth, their question and answer form of entertainment is corny.
