Another Hurrah for Camiguin!

I found this article about Camiguin featured by The Travel Magazine. The Great Britain-based publication cited Camiguin has as one of the best beaches in the world. The magazine said that it is the best beach to visit during April.

The journalists and researchers for the magazine considered Camiguin as one of the best after clocking up a combined 26,800 miles of travel and set foot on over 1,000 beaches in all 6 continents.

The beach travelers stayed at the eco-friendly Enigmata Treehouse built by musician Ben Aicha.

Actually, it is always perfect to visit Camiguin anytime of the year (not just April). The weather is always perfect as it is seldom being visited by typhoons because of its geographical location.

Happy traveling!

would anybody know when is the Lanzones Festival? It’s been ages since I first witnessed it. It was great being there!

@inkblots: All i know is the Lanzones Festival is held every October

Actually, it depends. If a good harvest can happen in October, then the “Lanzones Festival” will be held on that month. If September, then September din..and so on.. :-)

Well I should know because I was born there. My father has some few hectares of land there with Lanzones planted all over. :-)

In addition to the article featured by Travel Magazine, here are some tourist spots in Camiguin Island.
    1.) Sto. Niño Cold Spring
    2.) Ardent Hot Spring
    3.) Mantigue Island
    4.) Katibawasan Falls
5.) Tres Marias Volcano (one is under sea water between Bohol and Camiguin)..I think Camiguin has 6 or 7 volcanoes situated on it.
6.) White Island Beach (literally a white beach in an island..I think about 800 sqm area of pure white sand during low tide and about nothing during high tide, yeah seriously) :-)
