What do you guys think of the brand-spanking-new header image on this blog? It was very generously created for us by Jojie Alcantara, one of the most sought-after graphics artists in these parts. The photographs appearing on the header are Jojie’s shots, taken at various locations in Mindanao.
We wanted to have a vibrant website that could somehow showcase Mindanao’s spirit — I believe this shows through in Jojie’s handiwork. Thanks again, Jojie!!
More developments on this blog in the not too distant future!

I think it’s terrific. I sort of improvised the background by using one of the headers, hope Jojie doesn’t mind.

Love it!
One little comment though. There seems to be something wrong with the anti-aliasing, particularly the edges of the “flying photos”. Other than that, looks good!

Guys, thanks for the nice comments, i love promoting our place. Credit also goes to my partner, Rhonson Ng, the official photographer of DOT XI, who happily lent half of his images (Mt.apo, tuna, whitewater and festival shots)for this blog, while the others are mine. We take pride in traveling around and covering interestng images about our island paradise.(rhonson.multiply.com). We’re really hoping to come up with a coffee table book someday.
Kudos also to teammates Blogie and Andrew, who did a marvelous job of putting this up. Andrew, i like the background you did with this layout. Kumbaga pa sa pagkain, you made it more ’sumptuous’. Thanks.
